Shrinkage?

Curious to know the shirt's material to determine appropriate size selection for any shrinkage allowance, ex. 100% cotton? Does this shirt run true to size or should some allowance be made? Thanks....Matt

Now, having washed them a few times, there is only very slight shrinkage vertically - I'd say 5%.

These are Port & Company - I am pretty pleased with the quality.
