My MR works great at home on 860 with Aramith. My cloth in that area looksThere's no question, IMO - the magic rack gets to a tighter rack more quickly than a triangle.
It's not a question of whether they're automatic or perfect. Its how they compare to triangles in speed, consistency, and tightness. I think they're superior in every way.

The tournament started out "ref rack". Shane complained about a poor rack. Then it was changed to rack your own. Shane does not complain as far as I know. Diamond tables are supposed to be all carbon copies. Shane and other good breakers usually have no problems making balls on the break. Shane and others had problems with their break. I can't remember so many good 10 ball breakers coming up dry so often. Could it be the MR? Johnnyt
