CSI 10 ball

Ohh FFS announcers. I am watching the event as a paying customer and I know SVB was 2-0 going into the Ko match.

There is no excuse for announcers not knowing this stuff and commenting on stuff like that in the event so very wrongly.
 
I need a dry break here!!! I want to see hill/hill, we might see them pressure up pretty fast then.
 
Bandit how's the energy in the room? Seemed a bit anti-climactic to have the two brothers, neither very well-known in the US, playing in the final.
 
I don't get whats so complicated about a round robin format. It's not like it's the metric system...lol

It was mostly the two brothers thing. I think people are starting to get to know who Big Ko is real fast. The energy in his match with Dennis seemed intense from this side of the monitor and the Little Ko vs Shaw match also had tons of nervous energy keeping me on the edge of my seat..
 
Thanks Hungarian, I try to make everybody happy for real, but I swear commentating for 8 hours ain't easy, and it's easy to say the wrong thing too oooops lol !
 
Cool Cotton. I really didn't mean to insult you Sir. I guess I'd say that watching pool all day in front of a computer can make you slap happy. and without a chat room we have no where to release the tension..haha

What I like most about your commentary is that you never know what you might say next. You really do crack me up. You are a color man through and through. You are to pool what Jon Madden was to football. You keep me watching on the edge of my seat. Along those same lines Kenny is the Dan Dierdorf of pool.

Both complements in their own right!!!

Hey thanks Hungarian, no problem, glad you like some of the stuff I say lol :) ! I was in the booth for 9 straight hours yesterday, which I enjoyed alot watching all the greatest players. I try to keep it kinda funny cuz to me just hearing for all that time, he's gonna shoot the one ball there the two ball here gets a little boring lol ! Thanks again my friend !
 
Lots of talk about the Magic Rack (which I love) .......
My wife was sitting center screen and picked it up right away.
Whoever placed that foot spot dot must've been drunk!!!
It was waaay off.
I thought Shaw was being a real PITA but he did have a point. He did make the match screech to a halt at one point. That was annoying.
Still, get a straight edge and get the dots right. Can't look a 1/2" off by eye c'mon.

I gotta give it to Shaw, he shot as good as I have ever seen him shoot and he did nothing wrong in the latter part of the match. Little Ko basically gave him no chance at the end there. Shaw would have beaten almost anyone playing like that, but these Taiwanese simply do not blink and seem to have almost no nerves when it hits crunch time.

He did have a mind fart earlier in his match against John Morra missing an almost hanging 8 ball that could have make a big difference in their match. However, John missed a 10 and baby Ko got away with it.
