CSI what should I exspect from pay stream?

I am wondering what I should exspect from the CSI pay stream? I watched most of the World 9ball championship for free and it was pretty awesome. It had a bunch of matches to pick, and the main Table was the best HD stream I have seen with the close ups to the wide views flowing in and out! There were some problems like it would sometimes start flashing in and out and once a camera went blank! But, it was free and by far a very great Stream. In the last couple months I finally able to watch Stream on my tv, this will be the first time to pay for a Stream. Should I exspect at least the World 9ball quality or more along the lines of the smaller streams that freeze from time to time and not that focused commentators?
