You are partially right about what a forum is supposed to be.

You just left off that a forum is also about sharing experiences in a common area.

A forum SHOULD be about having fun. It's kind of hard to do that when everything you say is ridiculed or condemned as stupid or silly or delusional or any other manner of condemnation.

Also, I doubt that anyone said CTE/Pro One is a SUPERIOR aiming system to all others. For me, CTE/Pro One is an excellent aiming system but I like all aiming systems. There are some who claim that CTE/Pro One is not only a poor aiming system, it is not an aiming system at all. That is like someone claiming that you are not a human being.

Me personally, I don't have any problem with someone disagreeing with what I believe. Treat me and the others who believe what I believe with a modicum of respect and you'll get the same or probably better in return. It takes all kinds of people to make the world go 'round.

I do have a problem with someone attempting to belittle me or someone I care about. That's just me and I don't apologize for it.

So perhaps you should take your own advice that you want to give people on your website and learn to play better instead of running around the forums trying to bait me. I don't know what this argument is about, but I know that resorting to "and you play pool badly" means you must be losing.

Yeah right. Not hardly. The guy is in a thread where we are arguing about whether or not a particular way to aim is worthwhile or not and all he has done is attack me, not even offered an opinion one way or the other on the actual topic.

I am just giving him some not-so-friendly advice that his time would be better spent practicing instead of stalking me.

Based solely on the observations of his game as shown on the streams. For all I know he could be hustling the world. Which would be even more hypocritical given that he rails against gambling on pool then turns around and gambles on pool.

I guess if my game was as bad as this guy's I wouldn't say anything about actually PLAYING pool either.

FWIW I don't know what "the argument" is about either. Michael got a bug up his ass when I disagreed with him in a thread somewhere a few months back and ever since he has become my own private stalker. When I was banned he tried to drum up all sorts of resentment against me and outed himself by stating his name and location.

I called him to try and have a conversation to iron out whatever the differences are and was treated to a lecture about how he thinks I should behave. I listened politely and agreed to try and be better. Then a few hours later he runs to forum and lies about me telling everyone that I misrepresented myself to his mother to get his phone number. I did no such thing.

What I did was to call the number for him that came up in the search and a woman answered and I introduced myself with my full name and asked if Michael was available. She said that he is her son and asked me if I would like the number. I said yes. She gave me the number and I thanked her and that was the end of the conversation. There was absolutely NO MORE to it than that.

Then I called the number and got a woman on the phone, presumably Mrs. Lalumiere. I again introduced myself with my full name and added from AZ Billiards so that Michael would know exactly who was calling. I waited a few moments and the woman came back and said he wasn't available and so I thanked her. I called an hour later and Michael came to the phone and that is when we had our conversation.

Then the liar came on the forum and lied about me.

So Michael Lalumiere, you are a LIAR. You said you would sue me if I said anything about you that is not true. This is true but if you care to sue me then please feel free. Until I am stopped by a court order, which will be never, every time you cross me I will let everyone know that you are a liar and a hypocrite.

And you play pool like crap.

I have nothing to delete. When I've commented on this thread it's too complain about JB Barton's unfair criticism of others. Given that he's the worst behaved yet he chose to lecture Dr. Dave on his behavior. I thought that was worth noting and well within my rights.

JB Barton has gone on these magical mystery tours that while par for the course have nothing to do with my points or anything else that i can tell.

Look, it's Mike Lalumiere, the liar. And hypocrite. If his mouth is open then he is probably lying and being hypocritical.

Mike Lalumiere has nothing to add to this discussion about Joey Agzugin's trip report, Joey's review of Pro1 or Stan's teaching, nothing to add about the aiming methods. Yet he feels it's his "right" to just jump in and talk about people's behavior.

For a retired editor and writer you sure don't get CONTEXT. In the CONTEXT of the DISCUSSION (which you aren't a part of) I chastised Dave for his behavior as pertains TO THE DISCUSSION. I guess you completely missed the part where I praised Dave for his contributions to the sport. No you didn't miss them you just CONVENIENTLY glossed over them.

But let's talk about YOUR behavior Michael Lalumiere since you don't want to talk about anything related to the actual topic. You wrote a long scathing piece denouncing "gambling" in pool and saying that gambling and the glorifying of gambling are destroying pool.

Then what do you do?

You gamble on pool.

Liar. Hypocrite.

You are what's "wrong" with me. Take responsibility for your own posts Michael. You have not written one thing in this thread that pertains to Joey's trip report, his review of CTE, nor even if you have any view on CTE.

Given your obvious D-player status ( I am being generous) I don't think you should actually offer an opinion on CTE but you are certainly entitled to have one.

But at least you could try discussing THE TOPIC if you are going to participate.

What's wrong with me is that I can't allow a hypocritical liar, that's you, to presume to be able to lecture me, heckle me, or otherwise address me without reminding you that your thoughts and words are beyond meaningless because your character is so shallow and your actions belie your admonitions.

So every opportunity you give me to bust your balls, what tiny ones are there, by stalking me like a forlorn teenager, I will gladly take to remind you and every one else that you are a LIAR and a HYPOCRITE.

And for the record, several of my friends have advised me that you are not "worth it". I respectfully disagree with them. You are a like a cancer and the sooner you are cut out the better. I don't have the means to banish you but I can at least expose you for what you are whenever you feel the need to make yourself annoying.

So if you want the thread to continue on topic I suggest you remove yourself from it. Everyone else in it is discussing the topic EXCEPT you.

And so do I, Dave. One thing you will notice about me is how CLEANLY I pocket balls as well. I would think one would have to be, to be a hundred ball runner. Tight table? Feh. I'll take you (not you personally, Dave -- I mean the royal "you" to the readership) to a 12'x6' snooker table and show you cleanly pocketed balls. And I'm using an advanced form of ghostball aiming, called "Back of Ball" (taught in snooker) to do so. No pivot, I promise. I just "see" the shot, and know instantly what I have to do to thwack the back of the pocket.

Does that mean I write-off CTE/pivot-aiming? No, not at all. I am interested in them, for the science/"how does it work?" mind I have. And, oh heck, who knows? I admit I don't know everything -- I might learn something from it. Everyone has their "trouble shots" -- you know, those shots that you don't feel as comfortable approaching as others. If the DVD shows me even one thing that I can use at the table, the price was worth it.

To summarize, I'm looking forward to my copy. I'm cautiously guarded, because I don't want to see the aforementioned pontification or sales pitches (you can bet I'll have my quick-draw outlaw thumbs on the remote, ready to mash the FastForward button if I even hear a hint of pontification). But still eager to view it -- and learn something -- nonetheless.

My guess is your trying to make a point but CTE is what it is. What exactly do you think it should be called? Its a center pocket system and if you learn it and use it that will be very clear to you.
You say you use back of the ball Ghostball advanced, hope I get good enough one day to actually be able to see a ghostball. Do I need special lighting or incense or magical powder? Just kidding(feel a need to be clear with you). Can't see good enough for a 6 by 12, but a tight 9 foot GC I'll split pockets with you all day.
For clarity,back of the ball Ghostball advanced is for center pocket but CTE can't be without lasers, pivoting machines, and detailed math explained to the most minute fraction.

So you are saying it works without the usual, not for the reasons people say it works. Could you actually tell me what you are saying by "it works", go on the record so to speak, for clarity purposes. Trying to end controversy and speak the language. Please help me.
