I have a Huebler cue that makes a buzzing sound when hitting a hard draw shot. I was told it could be the ring collar. I had it checked out and someone unwrapped 2 inches of Irish linen wrap, drilled a small hole and injected wood glue in the hole. Then rolled the butt to spread the glue. It still has the buzz. Anyone know what can be done?

It could be anything from the weight bolt, joint collar on the butt, shaft collar,' A' joint, ferrule, or shaft insert, virtually anything can cause it. Knowing what to check and how is the key.
Take just the butt and bang it against your hand like doing a tuning fork, if it buzzes, then it's in the butt. If you don't get any buzz noise, then attach the shaft tightly, then bang it again, if it buzzes then, it's more likely something in the shaft.
Check your weight bolt for tightness, and how tight the rubber bumper fits.

First of all check the weight bolt.... most buzzes are a loose weight bolt. Next hold just the butt in your hand and hit it against you other hand to see if you can make it buss and see if you can determine where the buzz is.
I had one that buzzed and everyone thought it was in the forearm and it turned out it was in the butt. It is hard to tell exactly where the noise is coming from.
Sometimes it can never be fixed.
On mine, I used a 3/8 gun drill and drilled from the butt up to the middle of the handle and glued in a 3/8 dowel.... that fixed it.
If the buzz is in the A joint and there is a metal screw in there you might not be able to do that....
