Cue Case Material: What is your preference?

Please discuss you favorite case material and why:

Vinyl - Cheap, doesn't hold odor too bad, lasts a long time, looks same new as after a few years, doesn't look or feel as good as leather, weather resistant

Leather - Looks the best new, many colors and variations, can be tooled, extremely tough, edge can be frayed, easy to scratch, seems to stretch over time, not weather resistant

Nylon - smooth, vibrant colors, not as durable, could be weather resistant, no stretch at all

My case is leather over a plastic frame. Since smoking is forbidden in most states in Germany, there is no problem with any odor the case might catch and hold ;-)

The scratching of leather shouldn't be that much of a problem, as it's commonly accepted that leather gets a used look over time.
