its a real site.. but maybe you should do a search on them on the forum.. there is alot of controversy about them and the forum.. i am not going to name names.. but somebody caused this forum alot of problems..
i tried to search for the particular threads that was on the subject... but them seem to be gone .. or i just couldnt find them..

one time I recommend a search
This is one time I recommend a search and deciding for yourself. I have done business with Joe a handful of times and got great stuff at great prices. The one time I had a problem Joe went so much beyond reasonable taking care of the problem it was almost ridiculous. Others report different experiences.
Joe has been in business many years and is one of the major players in the business. I know he does hundreds of thousands a year, I think low millions, in sales and almost all of the major players in the business deal with him.
I will continue to deal with Joe. Prather has also been good to deal with. The cue builders forum is the best place to ask about Cue Components. Batton down the hatches before you do though, you are in for a storm. The folks that don't like Joe really don't like Joe!

Does he have a $50 minimum purchase? I think it was cuecomponents but I don't know for sure. He also ebays stuff too. I just bought some Balabushka chalk from him on ebay (I think 6.45 a box), no issues with the sale or shipment
I have known Joe for several years now and I have never had a problem with him or his products. I had an order shipped that was missing one of my items, Joe bent over backwards to fix it. His products and supplies are top grade and service is great too.
Im italian and so is he, we get each others personality. If you call me and instead of just explaining your issue you jump down my throat, you wont get a favorable response. Same goes for Joe, I called once in a huff and his responce wasnt peachy, but I appologized and suddenly he and I were in a better mood. Take that for what its worth :thumbup:

I had one of those threads I asked Mr. Wilson to delete it when it went off the deep end. It's seem Joe/ cue components is a touchy subject on here.
