cue for around 200; prefer poison

I have about 200$ for a cue.. That is my ABSOLUTE Max.

I would still prefer an Arsenic series Poison cue however this is what Im opening it as well to,

Sneaky pete wrapless' welcome would prefer it with an LD shaft
Chuck starky cues [with wood pin]
something with a 314 shaft [no 314^2 or Z shafts]
Tiger Sneakies?

plain janes


MUSTS:
shaft not sanded down greater than or equal to 12.5mm [no less]
19oz
straight
in good-like new condition [a ding here and there okay, but should not look like a chew toy]

things Im not interested in:
one of one DP cue
Viking/Val
Cues with no butt sleeve, I dont like the wrap to be half of the cue.
one piece of wood, Its just not my thing

The cue is a newer model LZC-13 and I would sell it with one 30" Hybrid shaft for $220.00 shipped. If you wanted both shafts I need to get an additional $100.00 for the second shaft. I would say that it is in good to excellent condition.
