Cue I.D. help Red "N" inside a circle

Hi guys,

I have friend who is helping someone he knows sell a few cues and he contacted me to see if I was interested. He has no idea who made them or if they are production or custom. They provided a (pretty bad) photo of them and the only info he could provide on the maker was there is a red "N" inside a circle.

Has anyone ever seen that logo before? My guess is they are cheap imports.
