So my uncle in New Jersey recently passed away and he apparently played a bit of pool.

He didn't have much when he died and my Aunt got all of it but she knows I like to play pool too and ended up shipping me his old cue that he kept in the closet. I am looking to ID it and hopefully sell it if its worth anything. Can anyone chime in?

Need a lot of closeups, joint, forearm and backend. Do you know where you're uncle played?

No idea. To be honest I didn't even know he played pool at all.

I can probably take some pics either tonight or tomorrow.

Any idea what kind of cue it is?

First look...

It looks like a nice JossWest I had.
Dunno for sure, but if it doesn't have any stamps or signatures...it's probably not...
Nice cue tho. GLWS.

K I will look for a signature when I get home tonight. How much is a Joss West generally worth?

Anyone else got any guesses?

Reminds me of something

I believe my friend has an identical cue, it is an old Meucci made in the late 70s or early 80s. I will see if he can send me some pics. This also looks like a Bill Stroud (JW) or maybe even a very early Joss. Whatever it is, looks nice to me. Best of luck!

Its does look like the wrap is covered, a picture of the pin would help, the bumper looks like a old meucci too
