Cue ID for BMC ( Bob Muecci)

Trying t verify a early BMC for a friend. 90% sure that it is one. Does anyone own one or have pictures of the early BMC cues. Cue has a nylon insert like a Huebler, but a smaller rubber bumper than Huebler used. It's pretty much a plainjane w/wrap and nice dark wood. Any photos or info. out there?
 
i hope the original bmc logo cue you have is in good shape, i love meucci cues, good luck with your expeditition

That's the first BMC logo I have seen. My friends cue has no logo or signature to ID it. Still wondering if Bob used the nylon insert like Huebler. I know Bob worked for Paul Huebler for a short time. Paul told me the story some years ago. I think there was a catalog as well for the BMC line.

I had a very early Meucci in the 70's before BMC or Meucci cues & if my memory serves me he was living in Chicago. The cue was a stainless joint piloted hoppe style cue. Wish I still had it.

My friends cue is a real beauty as well. Very plain but classy. Does anyone have the original brochure. Did Bob borrow the nylon insert idea in these cues for awhile? Maybe a point of interest to some. Paul Huebler told me in a phone conversation that he used to go to the Johnston City tournaments back in the day, and noticed some of the players were having trouble with the joints of their cues coming loose from time to time. That's how he came up with the nylon insert to prevent that from happening. He said back then it was a material he got from Westinghouse.
