Cue ID help please

A friend of mine bought this cue a while back and she was wondering if I could find any thing out about it. She bought it without the original shaft. There's no ID's on the cue I do believe it's a Adams but not sure. These are the only pictures I have of it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes it has alot of resemblence to the A/H-12 Century, but it mentions 4 sets of the Notched diamond and nothing about the wedge look with the dot. So it may be a cue that Adam somewhat copied. Nice looking cue.
 
If anyone has a catalog picture or a fair market value I know my friend would really appreciate it.
 
AH/12 Century Adams...........if you could rotate the pic in the Blue Book....it would show the other inlays in the butt.

Maybe the blue book is wrong in it's description as it says there are 4 notched diamonds surrounded by 4 dots each. With the wedge look I don't see how there could be 4 diamonds.
 
It is an Adam AH/12. What a shame the shaft is M.I.A. If it's for sale give me a shout. I may be interested.

Hello J.R, the cue is certainly an Adam Cue, in fact I think it is one of most unique models they ever produced. The cue appears to have at a minimum had the wrap changed and possibly refinished.

If the cue is still straight I would suspect it is worth between $500 and $600 if it had the original shaft. It really sucks but since these cues were made in Japan they have never received the attention they should or the prices they deserve:(. If this cue was made by Palmer it would be worth a minimum of $2000, and the Palmer's were built no better then these were.
