I third or fourth the old Joss. Ring work, pin, joint, and bumper style and color all match an old Joss I had from the same period.

it's a joss

i have an identical cue(if your ivory joint is cracked ), two original shafts, same rings, with white w/green specks wrap just waiting on me in my locker and i need to go say hello to it.
as well pete tascarella, sr. told me the rings were on "east coast" cues. great hitting cue. gotta go. by the way if you will send bill stroud some pics i think you will like what he says .
