As stated above, it is indeed a 70's Adam. The forearm is a standard Adam blank used in many of their cues, The butt-sleeve design was used in very few cues and was never offered in any of their catalogs as far as I know. That cue was most likely used as a salesman's sample to demonstrate the Adam style and quality to potential buyers.
That would make it...rare...no?
