Cue ID Help

My bartender up north came across this and it totally has me stumped. Looks like a 70's titlist made by Palmer, but Im not sure. The joint is a brass 5/16-14 piloted, the butt appears to be ivory. No other markings

The shaft and but have 230 stamped on them BUT the 3 is upside down and not a mis-stamped 8.

Any info will be appreciated

Pretty sure its a brunswick personal looks like butt capp has been replaced though. Worth 150.00 to 200.00 if rolls true not sure on year.

I think that is a Schmelke cue.. Not sure of the value but not a lot..
