Cue ID help

I picked up this cue recently and would like any info on it you all may have. I thought it was a McDermott but it does not have the clover logo anywhere.

Logo is on the bumper. This was a predecessor of the line of Star cues that McD now sells.

Thanks, any idea the age? It shoots well and the joint is still very tight.

Mcdermott star

The Star is the higher end of McDermott inexpensive china made import .

The McDermott lucky was selling for 39.99 with free shipping .
I have sold allot of the lucky cues to first time cue buyers ...............
I think its a descent cue, I have had the wrap fall off of a couple I have sold .

I re wrapped the cues myself and gave the cue back to the customer N/C.
Allot easier then shipping a cheap cue all over the country .

I am not sure about the star but the lucky cues are sticker cues and the shafts have been dipped or sprayed in stabilizer ..

I think the stars were like 150 to 200 dollar cue.
I wouldn't be heart broke when the sticker starts to peel ...
