Cue ID Please .

I have a friend who was left a cue. Real nice MOP inlays and possible Ivory. I am not a cue expert in the least and so I am asking you experts. It looks real nice and has "JP" on the butt the J and p are kinda intertwinded. Any ideas please let me know. It may be nothing but if you have any infoit wouldbe appreciated also if you have any idea of value. rolls straigh and in great condition. Thanks in advance

Not sure how much pool I am going to partake in this may. I have basically quit playing but will still probably make 1 or both of the events in LA.
Not going to Vegas for the first time in 7 years.

This I am not sure of. It would be a Jerry Pechauer if its one. I believe Joe Pechauer signed his.
