Cue ID please

Just found this today while out thrifting. It feels very solid. I am thinking either an Adams or a Palmer PM. The cue has a 5/16x18 brass pin, stainless joint, maple ring with black phenolic joint collar, brass pilot in the shaft, some hardwood forearm and butt handle, the wrap reminds me of my D series McDermotts, no weight bolt. Cue is 57" and joint is .850".

It's design is "sorta" like an older Meucci Originals that I own; but, some features tell me "NOPE". Got me on this one!

I don't think it's an Adam or a Palmer although there are many similarities. Adam would have a different buttcap and Palmer rings and design don't match (although it the buttcap is just like a Palmer). My assumption is that's a 5/16 X 18 joint.

The cue looks like it was not made before the 1970's or 1980's. It could be a lot of different ones - if I had to guess it would be National - but that's just a guess.
