Cue ID Please

A friend of mine has come across this cue.

He says he's heard the name Jacoby mentioned but neither of us is sure. Help please.

Jacoby has used the double rings like that. Odd not to have name on it(if it is a Jacoby) unless butt-cap was replaced. Might send them a pic of it.

That is a lot deeper into the Jerry than I coulda gone.
