Is anyone familiar with a sneaky, jump/break cue, with a 5/16 x 14 pin, and an "S" (no apostrophe) stamped on the butt close to the bumper? Someone is trying to sell it to me as a Southwest. I think it may be a Sherm. All help will be appreciated. Thanks much everyone.

maybe showcase. They made a ton of sneaky petes and jump breaks. They usually did not have a finish and were stamped with an S. Sold for $125 up to $175.

Could be seeveral folks with that logo. BUT, more importantly, if they're trying to sell it as a Southwest, it's junk. If that S stood for anyone good, they wouldn't be lying about it being an SW...

Probably Sly

They are nice! It could also be the others mentioned. The logo is trade marked to Dennis. The others didn't realize it at the time. Each cue makers work is so very distinguishable from the other. Dennis asked the others to stop using his trade mark and all was good. At least that is the story I was told. Friendly bunch those guys!
Nick :)

Samsara

Does it look like this?

In hindsight, the word junk was a little strong. I was more using the word to describe it wasn't what it was purported to be, not so much as to whatever it might be. Lot's of great stuff with S' out there. Just no de Soutwess...
