Cue Identification

It does resemble a Biagio, the Asian ones. There were at least three manufacturers of them.
The pin and rings are identical to the Dove (Mizerak), Cobra, and other brands. The unpolished stainless collar is the same too. I have a few.
I don't think it's Biagio brand, likely Kao-Kao manufactured it.
A lot of those cues were full splice and better than most give credit for. Typically the ferrules suck. The joint collars and rings tend to come loose as well. Some of them actually were made with decent shaft wood but it is very hit and miss...mostly miss. Some had weight bolts (the better ones) and many did not.

Thanks Chopdoc! I just played with it for a couple of hours and it hits pretty good, actually. I am not expert on cue construction, but I would not be surprised if it was a short splice cue by the hit. Anyways, the receipt from when it was purchased used by my friend's uncle is dated 1994 so it is at least around twenty years old.
It's a full splice. We can see that in the pics.
As long as everything is tight, and it has a decent shaft and ferrule...it should play well enough.
