Cue identifiers

I would like to know who the best cue identifiers are out there. When you have a question about an unknown cue, who has been more helpful and accurate in identifying cues for you. In my experience, Scott Murphey is hard to beat. Anybody else come to mind. Tate for Palmers, obviously. Deno has been really good at the vintage stuff as well.
 
Ummm...I'll throw in titlistsucker.....seems to know alot of uncommon information and his tongue just keeps going and going......:D

Gotta put Scot in there...

I'd throw Scot Sherbine in the mix. The man does work on so many different kinds of cues, he's intimately familiar with the ins and outs of just about anything....to include some of the minor details specific to just one cuemaker.

Not to say that there aren't others just as (or even more) qualified...but seems as though EVERYONE turns to him for some work on their treasures....and he's seen a ton of "unknowns" that turned out to be identified in his shop.

Old Cues

What about TATE? For identifying old cues. Maybe even Cueaddicts. They see so many cues and I'm sure I'm leaving out a few but there should be a bunch on the forum. Just post it and Everyone will take a stab at it.

Thanks, Tony.

I've found Joe Van Buren to be sharp at recognizing a lot of the older cues. Sean at Cue Addicts also knows his stuff.

Oh dear,

how could u trust someone whose tongue keeps wagging....:P

Anyway i give my vote to Chris Tate..this guy is such a gentleman, he emails me after i snitched a Palmer C under him, and tells me the specs and stories of that cue (which needed a overhaul)...

And yes. Joe Van and Mark for the oldies (but goodies...)
