Cue identity? Help

I have a chance to buy this cue and the maker is not confirmed. If anyone could help me identify that would be great.
One thing the picture doesn't show well is the smaller sized number which might hint at who the maker is. Any help would be appreciated.

It's an Adam AH7 Carlton, my guess is it's worth between $100-$200 but I may be wrong
 
FYI: There is an identical cue on Ebay right now with a Buy It Now price of $100. It has the Adam logo though.
