Cue information. Is it a Dadivas?

Hi, everyone.

I have access to this beautiful cue, but I’m not sure if I’m right about it. Based on what I can make out of the signature, I believe it’s a 2019 Joel Dadivas. I’d like to get an expert opinion on the design, finish, and quality of the cue (assuming it is indeed a Dadivas), as well as its estimated value. I can acquire it in exchange for my Longoni LV2 and a Santi Cues Opera ACT-II shaft.
