Cue makers whose brand value has decreased the most..

Don't know if Josey cues gain or lose...and don't really care. Played with the one I bought back in '07 yesterday, and it'll be my playing cue the next time I play. Wouldn't take what I paid for it because I enjoy playing with it. It's no magic arrow, because none exist. But it's hit and feedback suit me well, so don't want to sell it.
 
I think Mike Sigel did.
He closed shop and put the remaining cues on Ebay.

I have a couple Sigel cues and love them. His relationship with Trudeau didn't help him at all. I have seen the values decline for sure, but I don't care, not selling.
