Cue Monster anti-backlash nuts

I bought a used CueMonster and while it is in great shape, I have no idea of how many miles it had been run back and forth over the years. The last owner used it primarily to taper butts and shafts.

I decided to replace the backlash nuts just to make me feel better... LOL

BTW.... the part numbers that I mentioned in the opening post are the exact replacements for the backlash nuts that were in my CueMonster.. They are fairly easy to install too. They cost $34 each.

Ok, Thanks Kim, i thought i might be missing something i might need to know.. Ha Ha.
 
You realize that that is a kerk motion 1/2 10 lead screw. And the matching nut is a zbx series anti backlash nut that cost right around the same price. Also when I talked to kerk motion they had told me that their screws are not a normal pitched screw. And that other anti backlash nuts would not fit perfectly. So just keep an eye on then as they may wear prematurely.

I will keep my eye on them but the nuts I have are listed with the exact same specifications as the Kerk nuts. They look the same and even have the same color and spring. I believe they all buy them from China.
