WB is definitely off, your corrected WB version is better, but could still use some exposure+. Also I think it benefits from a couple other quick adjustments. When you're selling things, they need to be 'bright' IMO.

oh my god. Ok while I may not be the best photographer I'm really good with photoshop so I'm going to say one thing to you people attempting to edit these photos. yes attempting. None of them has been right yet.

for the hell of it - your edited versions leather is blue sixpack. That shouldnt be. Heres a quick edit of the original one he posted without all the loss in image data in the histogram. Also over exposing that much washes out the texture and the quality of the tones in the white:

LOL - I noticed it was a bit blue after I did it, but didn't have time to redo it. Trust me, I know histograms.

IMO, while I know you're being sincere in what you think it should look like, it depends on what you're doing with the photo. If you are trying to sell something, it has to pop a little more than the one you provided. Yours is technically correct, but lacks punch and hence looks boring.

as far as the boring part goes... you should see my plane jane cue. All of these pictures of this cue in all the different levels look amazingly exciting compared to my plane jane haha

Well, with your photoshop skills you've won half the battle then. The pic is about half the job and the touch up is the other half. On my photo program, which is similar to photoshop (Paint Shop Pro) I use the clone tool to remove minor unwanted reflections. I see some photos where the cues look unnaturally flat. For that reason, I personally do not think all reflections are bad - they give a photo depth and realism. As long as the reflections highlight the shape and not drown out detail, then I think they're fine.
On some of the pics, I remove the background and insert a new one (it's a lot of work to get the edges right). Here's a cue where I took out the background and added a fill. This one also has a 3d border effect:

too dark. there's no details in the black.
the cue and the background merged. i think you can fix a picture only so much in post production. (without going nuts) work to get a really good shot first. (not a comment on this shot, just a tip in general)

and you didn't seem to be joking to me. i think you were being ostentatious and sarcastic when people were attempting to offer you advice (which you asked for). you could have showed more class and returned the same respect you recieved when you asked for help taking pictures with your little canon digital elph.
I'm always respectful. You're just sensitive. I thank people profusely and gave everyone rep who even tried to help and I did actually offer advice for photoshopping albeit it was in a lighter way and mentioned histogram so anyone who really wanted to know what that was or what it does could easily look it up or ask.
