Check the cue and case gallery in the sub forum. It's the place where everyone shows pics of their old and new acquisitions.
On your last note, I would like to see a thread on Cue Displays. Super cheesey, but always wanted to make a wooden rack (samurai type display) for my cues at home where they can be set horizontally. Only have two cues left though, so not collecting any more. not sure it's worth the effort.

Here is a pic of the lightbox I made to take pictures.
PVC pipe frame, draped with a cloth to act as a diffuser, background cloth, and flood lights. I had more pictures of it, but cant find them at the moment.
