One possibility is to go to pool/billiard halls and ask if they know someone who can fix your tip.

I think it is good to learn how to replace your tip yourself. It only requires a tip, glue, sandpaper and a sharp knife plus a few other common items. Dr. Dave has a video on the whole process. It's not hard but it does take time and a little care.

I’ve been to Europe a zillion times, you can find a good tip man in any good room, no more difficult to find there than here. It’s pretty much the same, except they might like Le Pro’s more than here

Well some people are not tool people, easier to let a person who is Professionally do it.

Now that is one heck of an isolated place if it's easier to go to France to get a tip put on a cue LOL Of course that is the birthplace of the leather tip for cues, so really it's as pure of a place to get a tip put on as say going to the Vatican to get some holy water or to Russia for vodka.
