Cue restoration

Is there any cue maker that can restore this to look like new with the original arrows ….I think they are silver and ivory ….

leave it if you play with it. if you are going to put it in a glass case to just look at it then go make it perfect.
 
Yes some are fading ….
So these are overlays on wood, not inlays?

If that's the case, can't be restored. Could finish over what's there. Either way you probably have to redo the segmented wrap.

Who made the cue? Looks cool to me.
