Cue shipping info

I often see the question of " how do I get my cue to a tournament" so here are some of the ways I have used and one I just found: Fed Ex and UPS will ship normally requires 3 business days shipping time ( not to include weekends) and they will deliver to your hotel and normally pick up to send back home. All you have to do is fill in the paperwork/ label and place on pkg, place at desk or conceirage.
I just called ShipSticks (advertised for golf clubs on TV) and they will also ship ......call for particulars.....I do know their insurance max is $3500 and when I gave them a hypothetical for my next trip and their shipping was considerably cheaper. I guessed at 35x6x6 box weighing approx 5 lbs ( based on prior history shipping).
I have NEVER had a problem with Fed Ex nor UPS....... deciding to try ShipSticks in the future.

You will need to have your golf bag or luggage packed in a golf travel bag, hard case or box. Before packing, make sure that all pockets on the bag are closed. If shipping golf clubs, place your rain cover over the top of the bag. Place your clubs into the travel bag, hard case or box – making sure that travel bags are zipped up, hard cases are locked, and boxes are securely taped. It’s important to limit the weight of your package to that which you selected when you scheduled your shipment (standard golf bag is 0 - 42 lbs., XL golf bag is 43 - 58 lbs). Attach your shipping label with clear packaging tape and place a copy of the shipping label inside the travel bag, hard case or box.

Packing is on you. I would recommend a serious shipping case as for guns. They can be quite light weight.


IMHO packing is so important regardless of the carrier.
