Is this the right place to ask questions about CSI. I am having trouble finding anyone there that will talk with me. I understand that CSI preferred method of communication is thru e-mail but I never receive a response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Amazon, Facebook, Google, Adobe, T-Mobile, Ebay, .... all too big to care. I wish what you said was true, but ...
T-Mobile tried to screw me over when I disconnected my service. They wanted to penalize me several hundred dollars. I decided not to pay the balance due on my new I Phone. I did offer a settlement but they sent a collection notice in response.

After a few months that all came to an end, and there was nothing they could do. If they had played fair I would have paid them. If not thnx for the nearly free phone. New chip installed, works great here. No problem for the techs here unlocking it.

Thank you, so now I understand completely. Seems like someone at CSI could have supplied that answer over a period of 8 months while my frustration from being ignored grew to a point where I thought no one was caring or even seeing my question. Now I am banned, probably for life, at CSI events because I said i thought I should seek legal help in getting my answer. I can only assume that CSI like too many other organizations feel as though they owe no one any explanations. They did not even have the decency to inform me of the ban. Only through third party did I learn when trying to register for state. I did not even know that forums such as this even existed. Again thank you! Such a simple answer would have prevented a lot of heartache and grief. Zero class on their part.
In the overall scheme of things, fuggitabtit!

When I read this my first thought was this type of treatment is pretty consistent across most interactions I have in life with work, doing business with people and a lot of family. My conclusion has been that I really have no control over it. The older I get the less energy and care I put in to things I can’t control. My advice is to move on and play apa, upl or a weekly tournament.
