I don't have a good answer to your question. One seldom comes across keeping a cue, or cues, stored for that long of a time, but welcome to the forum. :smile:

I like your thread, I am interested in what answers may come also. I myself, have had very good luck with actual dealer cases that have good material that may help absorb some moisture changes as though, it seems the cues are relaxed in these types of cases. I do however, run de humidifiers in the summer and run humidiefers in the winter to try and keep my room from large humidity swings. Great Thread like I mentioned as I am interested in how others answer. I also keep these cases out of direct sun light that can change the cases tempatures very much.
