If you weren't there, you should have been.

Some really nice cues on display. Tikkler was there with a real nice batch of cues from several different cuemakers and all of them were fantastic as I'm sure you could have guessed from the ones he's shared with us on here. Joe aka classiccues had the new Fanelli cues there and they're even better looking in person than in the pictures.

Tank and lenox had their usual complement of nice cues. Lenox had some really nice examples of Dave Kikel's work.

Bushkabob aka luckylady (his wife can manage to get an account but Bob has a little trouble so he just hijacked hers) was there with what else, his Spain blank Balabushka cue that he bought from the man himself in the late sixties. One of very very few you'll ever find in the hands of the original owner, and one of an even more select few that have the name hand written by George in the window in the butt.

Paul Drexler showed up with some of his newest creations including a stunning segmented amboyna burl handled cue with tons of silver inlays and ivory points.

Among other cuemakers present were Michael Morgan, local favorite Greg Kucharski, and Joe Calluca. I watched Joe play a couple racks and he plays pretty sporty.

Mark K once again was a gracious host, the room was great as usual and his lovely staff kept everyones thirst quenched and bellies full.

as usual, a nice job by mark and joe, and mark's crew including rene, tamara, and vanessa. thanx everyone for a great time. bogey, congrats on winning the 8 ball, joe callaluca finished second in the 9 ball.

that's happy:lovies:

Though Chris looked stunning in the dress it wasn't the first time women's clothing has played a pivotal part in a match at PTM. I haven't seen it at the new room yet, but there used to be occasional tutu matches at the old PTM. Simple really, loser puts on the pink tutu. If you can't bring the A game to save your pride I don't know when you can.

ptm

Everything 96 said in his first post goes double for lucky and i.
As for the tutu's i must have left two early.
Thanks to Mark and Joe always great hosts.

He would have had a harder time had I not blown some simple opening shots, I had him 3-1 in a race to 4 on the winners side and lost :(

I play like a dope, too used to lower level players, and can't bring the focus to every game which was needed in that crowd.

Grats on the win.

Thank you all for coming. Those who came on Sunday, thank you for the effort. We are making some big changes for next year.

- Cues will be shown from 11-6

- Tournament will be an added monies event

- Everyone will be encouraged to participate in the afternoon card tournament

- Other changes will be noted soon...

Joe
