Cue Tip Replacement

Hey guys, I don't have the know-how to do a tip replacement. I would be afraid to damage the ferrule. Anyway, I'm looking to see if it's possible someone knows or might know where I can get a tip replacement done in Eastern TN. More specifically in or around the Tri-Cities area (Johnson City, Kingsport, or Bristol). I don't believe the pool hall closest to me offers any repair services. Even if they do, most of the tips on the house cues are not properly installed.
