Cue under dominant eye or centered

If I saw all those females, I would not stop doing what I was doing. What were those two line drawings for?

So incase anyone in the future is every curious...

I've been playing with the cue under my right eye now for about 3 days, and I can say that aiming and lining up on shots has become much easier. Almost effortless. Where I am aiming is where the ball is hitting.

The way I went about this was very simple. I looked at the division line on the pool table where the rail cloth meets the wood. I stood behind this line, standing by the short rail... looking at the opposite short rail. I moved my head around so that division line appeared straight. Then I brought my head down towards that line, all the while keeping it straight. Then noticed that it was directly under my right eye.

This may be different for some people, but I think it is a good way to find vision center.

When I had an eye accident many years ago & started missing some shots that I just did not mis, I fond myself with the cue centered in the middle of my eyes & not under my dominant right eye. That is when I discovered that I had developed an astigmatism.

The seeing of a straight shot line IMO is THE most important aspect that is needed. Without being able to do that the rest is mostly useless.

Same here. If you've seen any of the videos I've posted you'll notice that my arm is also a little crooked. I was able to fix it though. I just started rotating my hips a little more to the left, and it seemed to straighten out my arm.
