cue weight/shaft size

Just curious.... what shaft size and cue weight does everyone prefer?

I'm a middle of the road type...12.75 to 13mm tip size, cue in the 19-20 ounce range.

I'm still experimenting myself. I was using a 314-2 (12.75mm) but have switched to the 314 FAT (13.20mm) mostly because it is a stiffer shaft. I feel though that the taper is about the same and the stiffness mostly comes from the thickness/diameter of the shaft. I feel that a 12.50mm would be suffice as long as it has a stiffer taper. I like 19oz for the weight with a slightly thicker Butt diameter, my Predator Ikon has a slimmer Butt and that can cause me to tighten the grip during certain stroke shots

I have been decreasing the weight of my cue. It started at 19 and is now 17.75. It has a 314-I and a 12.75mm tip. And to be fair, it has a wood-wood joint to avoid feeling nose heavy.
