You must be talking about Joe. Go ahead and order you some then. You may want to doublecheck...they are not into birdseye maple...just maple.
Some suppliers have superior products.
Get your parts where you choose.

How about I get a blank with BE maple in purpleheart, bacote, rosewood, or even cocobolo for under 50 dollars. I know I am not the only one that knows this info. AND THIS SUPPLIER does have superior products. BUt if you want to overpay, then ........GET YOUR PARTS WHERE YOU CHOOSE......

No, I'm not talking about Joe, and I know there are several respected cuemakers on this board that use the supplier I am talking about.

Well then I'm very happy for them. I simply do not want to buy any fullspliced into birdseye blanks...for under $50.;)

If a customer wants a quality cue, say ebony into BEM fullsplice hustler style...then I'd suggest Mark Bear or Jennifer Prather...as the source from which to order the blank.
That would be my first couple of choices that come to mind. I'd also be prepared to pay them more than $50.:D

Thats enough cue school for today folks. Now I'm back to finishing forum member gforces1911's cue. Everyone have a great weekend.:)

Mr. Varney .. you're still being tacky, IMHO.
And so then following me around a forum, and calling me tacky...isn't?

I'm simply saying there are quality products available. I've bad mouthed no one...and now I'm tacky.
I think I've helped quite a few on this forum...

Yup, you're right .. I'm tacky too :D

I'm sure you helped quite a few on the forum ... and reaped the benefits from the forum yourself as well.

Now why don't you give a chance for another cuemaker to help others and reap the benefits as well without negative comments in HIS thread? Like I said before, coming from another cuemaker, I see an appearance of conflict of interest in your comments in this thread.

Dear Lord, the cat is out of the bag. :D
You still need to hand pick them though.
Now, if you lend me a couple of thousand dollars, I'll fly there and pick a bunch of em.
I'll make you one with a can't miss blessing from the pope. :D

A full splice NON HOUSE CUE blank for $30 to $50. Yeah right! Thats not accurate at all. Be correct in your info magnetardo...call Bear or Hercek and get a full splice quote!

Edited to add: So just how many sources do you guys think exist for purchasing NON HOUSE CUE full splice blanks? Go ahead...make some calls...sell me some of the $30 & $50 ones.:D
You're right.
They don't exist.
Unless I haggle with the Floridian and buy 100 or so of them.

Hi James
If no one has yet taken you up on the offer PM me with your PayPal address and I will send you the money along with my delivery address. I'll be happy to post a review on this forum when I get the cue. I have quite a few Sneaky Pete's and conversion cues from "known" and "unknown" cue makers. I'm currently waiting for one from JW Petree that I'm pretty eager to receive. The first "unknown" cue maker to make me one was Jerry Franklin...........so you'll be in good company.
Regards, Roger

thanks to all for the post and i will let you all know as soon as i ship it so you can wait for the post from Roger.

Hi James
I received your PM, thanks, I also e-mailed you pics of one of my SW conversions.
Thanks, Roger

ok.....thanks everyone........i cant take anymore orders at this time at this price..........roger and someone else got me at the same time, roger on here and the other by email.........had only planned on making one. then i have one more order in my email less than an hour from when i sent my last post saying thanks to everyone for all the post. giving him the benefit of the doubt he could have started to type the email and then have somthing keep him busy for thirty minutes or so and that be the reason for the time overlap. so whats yall's opinion........build him one for three hundred too or wait to see what i will need to charge on them?

My opinion is that if you do good work and having 2 orders hangs you up in a bit of confusion, you best stay off of the internet. lol.

Just be honest. Tell him you were offering one at a low price to the first responder. You had two replies very close and will make two but can't extend it to making any more at that price. But thanks for the response.

As long as you're honest, fulfill your commitments, and do good work, you will have a long and fruitful career.

I'd like one please!

James has been bringing some of his work to my monthly tournament, CLICK HERE FOR FLYER, I think his work is commendable.

I just hit some balls with his latest cue this evening. Beautiful cue with a very crisp hit. Figured Zebra butt,no wrap(Quilted babinga wrap area), w/purple heart joint collar and wrap area rings.

I am ordering a tulipwood butt,no points,no wrap,Holly wrap area, purpleheart wrap area & joint rings.OB-1 shaft.Can't wait!
