Cue with odd pin

Has anyone ever come across this pin before?
It is a 5/16 14 thread but an unthreaded shoulder was left at the bottom.

The cue appears to have been made from a house cue and this is probably not the original shaft.

The rubber bumper was a press in but the hole was only about 3/8 inch with no weight.

I am curious who the maker may have been.

I have the wrapless version, the Titan I believe. A great solid cheap cue. I paid $25 for mine. I think mine is from the 90's and was $109 new if I recall the info that was passed my way.

Dufferin as stated.

And 90% for sure full splice, no joint under the wrap.

Cool cue.

That's actually my favorite Dufferin pin/joint. If you find an ebony into figured maple sneaky, butterfly in the butt, with that joint, I want it. Very hard to find.
