Cue wobble

Hi everyone, I have a Joss from the Crystal Leisure collection and recently I bought a ob2+ shaft from a person. The shaft and cue rolls straight apart but it wobbles when together. Can any cue maker or cuesmith advice me on this?

Warmest regards

if it rolls straight when apart and not when together and the pin also rolls straight when rolled then its a facing issue.

I am suspecting it is a facing issue. The local pro shop sucks. Any idea how to fix it myself?

More information on the cue: it's a Joss so the joint pin is 5-16/14. The ob shaft however is flat faced and do not have a nub

find a local machinist who will face it off then or send it to a repair guy.....nothing you can do but mess it up worse without proper equipment.

gun smith would be a good choice for this actually if no local cue guys.

Haha I'm not from United States, I'm from Singapore. The local qshop is useless smh. Anyway thanks for your advice, currently asking another few more repair guys that has lathe.

The last 2 OB Shafts I sold needed faced for the same reason. After facing they rolled straight as a laser. Brian.
