Cuemaker B.King?

A friend of mine is playing with a really nice cue he bought off someone out here in California. The cue is signed in one of the points 'B.King 06'.

Anyone have an idea as to who the cuemaker might be?
It's a very nice maple cue with some sort of light colored (Holly?) points and a g-10 pin.
