Cuemaker tree diagram

I am interested in making a tree diagram of cuemakers and who thought who. Can anyone help?

This is a very interesting idea, I've never seen one. This would involve a good bit of researching.
Good luck, would love to see the lines traced back. The Billiard Encyclopedia would be a great place to start.
