A friend of mine wants to have a cue made with a Uni-lock joint. He also wants a specific balance point. Who can/will do this?

I dont know if you have a answer yet. Just about every builder here can do this for you. What I would do is check out different builders work and read some reviews and go from there. If you find one that he is interested in maybe someone in his area will have one he could hit with. Just to give him a idea on how that builders cues play.
