Hi guys and gals, my Sister's husband has passed and she believes some of these cues are worth something any offers or advise would be appreciated. There are more but thats all I can attach.

Peradon Victor and Lewis&Wilson are cheap mass produced snooker cues. I’ve never seen that HW logo before so am curious myself.

John Parris is the best known cue maker of snooker cues, with a waitlist of around 2 years. Most championships were won with his cues. Depending on the specs and condition, that cue may fetch between $300 and $1,200

Edit: As others have pointed out, this a Classic cue (rather than a Unique or a Limited edition cue) so the upper range should be more like $600

Parris classic cues tend to go for £300 to £500 on Ebay here in the UK. Price depends on specs, shaft quality and age, older the better.
