Peradon Victor and Lewis&Wilson are cheap mass produced snooker cues. I’ve never seen that HW logo before so am curious myself.
John Parris is the best known cue maker of snooker cues, with a waitlist of around 2 years. Most championships were won with his cues. Depending on the specs and condition, that cue may fetch between $300 and $1,200
Edit: As others have pointed out, this a Classic cue (rather than a Unique or a Limited edition cue) so the upper range should be more like $600

Acuerate is a Belgian made cue. I think Luca Brecel used to play with one. Snooker pros don’t seem to rate them high. They sell for around EUR 200-400 new
