you ought to put it up on this page and see if you get any offers made or takers... im not sure about the custom cues... but i know the low-end cues sell pretty decent on there.

I have been browsing ebay ALOT lately looking for a good cue 'starter', for my son. It seems that so many of the cues that are posted, are getting reposted, over and over again. Always the same pictures, and the same write ups. I think I am just gonna buy from the dealer at this weekends 5-Man event.

Ebay is odd. It is best when you know what you want to buy. For example, I search for schon cues on there all the time. Cues, even new customs sell for way below retail. Dale perry even sells his cues at wholesale on ebay. So. if you wanted a dale perry, ebay is the perfect place. Only proplem is, you can't hit the cues first. But, if I new I wanted a certain mucci cue, i would wait for it to come up on ebay.

There is no shortage of buyers on E-Bay right now. I've been getting solid prices. Make sure your photo's are good (supersize them), description with weight, shaft diameter, length, condition including if the cue is straight or not, and any info about the maker you can. The title is very important - in your case you want the words "cue" and "custom" in the title.

Sometimes items sell for more if you trust the bidding process and start at a low price or even with no reserve. You get a lot of interest and all you need are two people fighting over something to drive the price up.

E-Bay tends to come back with a fair final price - sometimes too much in my opinion.

Also consider that right now a lot of folks have some money to burn due to tax refunds.
