I stumbled across a cue, the only mark was "$" on a hoppe ring.
Can anyone tell me about this cue, who made it, how many were made, etc.?

Definitely Cash Cues. The guys that worked for Bill McDaniel & bought his shop after his retirement. They were making great stuff. Hate that they didn’t survive.

Any idea how many they made? Also, I’m hearing that they were a fundraiser cue for AZ. I seem to remember a post about these cues as well as pictures of mine when Rusty Melton owned it, but I haven’t been able to find it.

Sorry, can’t help with that. There weren’t very many, for sure. Always top quality in the McDaniel tradition.
