Has anybody ever owned one of these?

Or shot with one of these?

I am thinking about buying one. It's my understanding that Cuetec Cues are way better than what they used to be 30 years ago.

Anybody?

I purchased one brand new just to try it out. I didn't keep it very long. Sold it to a young college kid and gave him a huge discount (like 1/2 off). He was young, and broke (and I've been there) and he was pumped to get a better cue. I just play with my 40+ year old Nick Varner JOSS, maple shaft (high deflection), ivory ferrule.

I've shot with a Cynergy for the past five years. Good cue. I previously shot with a R360- both are very good cues. Cuetec has come a long ways

Cuetec was garbage in the 90's. Today they are pretty good. Their CF shafts feel super nice, and their older wood based R360 shafts didn't feel like their garbage fiberglass coating of the 90's.

If you're going CF though, the Predator Revo is better. The squirt is noticeably less, and the ferrule is more robust. They are also very close in price. There are lots of photos online of the cuetec ferrule breaking. Almost none for the Revo, and the Revo has been out quite a few more years.

I would have a heck of a time running a rack on a table with 4.75mm pockets too!!!!

I have one in Blue  , I've played with it for 2 months, I liked it a lot, I ran out a few 8-ball and 9-ball racks on 4.5" a 9-ft table 😁.

The butt design is very attractive especially if you are Matchroom WNT fan like me 😎

The Cynergy shaft (I have the 12.5mm) is a beast, as good as Revo if not more solid in my opinion, CUetec Cynergy, Predator Revo and Mezz Ignite are top 3 carbon fiber shaft of all time, nothing else comes close. The Tiger sniper tip is awesome too, looks good plays good.

I just love my Predator cue more since I've have it for so long and I get used to it already :p especially the quick release 😁 so I came back to my Predator set.

If you want to buy it, I'll sell it to you for a deal. Come with a 13-inch carbon fiber extension ($75) that fits perfect to the factory butt you can reach anywhere on a 9-ft table. Retails ~$850+ plus tax and fee + extension = ~$1000. I'll give it to you for $725 shipped. It is lightly used for 2 months and was stored away, everything is in excellent condition I still have all the box and accessories, butt and shaft has matching serial number, as a set., see attached pictures.

I've owned a few Cuetecs and liked them quite a bit...90s, R360, Avid.
I played some of the best pool of my life in a tournament with an Avid 12.25.
Are they the best cues in the world...probably not. Is there anything wrong with them that will negatively impact how you play...probably not.
