Thank you for that. I have to let Ken delete it as he started it. Honestly, I have been done a couple weeks now. I came to terms with my mistake.
My cue, my problem. I lost 2 to 6 hundred bucks on this deal but my love for money doesn't rule my morals or my behavior.

What happened is not a mistake it's a learning experience. Bigger and better things will come up and you'll be be better prepared. I'll gladly report the thread. Myself I'm not judgmental to either party...hate to see these happen.
Money comes and goes. Fix up what you have and enjoy it. No pun but chalk it up. Good luck to future endeavors.
I gave you a way out.
I offered paid you the Amount that you wanted 3300 cause you have to buy another cue. My condition are always the same, send me the cue and I will inspect it. When the cue comes , I will pay you 3100$ right away and the 200$ I will pay you after the repair guy look at it and give me an estimate. If it’s too much then I will let you know, but I’m sure the 200$ I will send to you right after. Anyhow that’s my conditions, you can have 7 days to think about. After that, I won’t have anything to do with it anymore. Just FYI, I sold a brand new, super / excellent condition, Hondura Burl Tascarella few weeks ago for 3800$ so I’m doing a huge favor to take this back for $3300. And it probably will cost 500+ to have it repair.
You touched my bottom line when you badmouthed about me to your buddy at the pool hall (you told me so on phone), and that was why this post is up here. I have nothing to hide nor done a bad deal to you. I have tried to make it right since right after you got the cue and not happy (complaining about it). I worked with you but I don’t like that feeling being used, abused and milked me like a money cow. I don’t want you go to anyone and tell them I did you wrong but infact I didn’t. I was also very passionate about my cue and I was very upset to hear you razor knife on that beautiful cue.

If the cue passes your inspection, then send me 3300.00 us dollars or send the cue back.
I will not let it go for 3100.00

This thread makes me happy I only own one ‘expensive’ cue that I have zero plans to sell trade or anything else with.

Yea I can do that. And also send my set of JP back. You can keep that extra shaft. That one cost me 350$ but I’m not bothered with it.
Also your choice if you want to keep this thing, to me I’m a straightforward person. I’m not worried nor bothered with it. I dealt 4-10 cues a week, therefore This isn’t worried me much.
I was replying to his assertion that it played fine, so all's good. I don't care how anything works, plays or performs if it's not up to finish expectations of the person trading it.
I once paid $2k for a Night Force scope, a lense had a small chip on the edge of the ocular. The Cat I bought it from kept asserting, it worked and performed fine. I got my $2k back because I didn't want to spend $2k on a scope with a chipped lens. Brian.
