Curly Quilted Bubinga Ebony

I'm surprised no one has jumped on this ...I'm not a fan of the floating points either but that is some beautiful wood.

I am starting to see a lot people don't like floating points. I know the economy is bad, but its not that bad. Pool is actually doing good for the most part.

Bump for the LAST price drop!

Received the cue today, it is absolutely stunning. The figuring one every piece of wood is incredible, and the finish is flawless.

I had to stop over at Billiards-Plus, the largest and best pool store in Columbus, Ohio, to test shoot the cue as I couldn't wait to play until later tonight. It is balanced very well and I got used to the radial joint vary quickly (I've been playing with Joss, Meucci Originals, and Pechauer cues for the last couple of years). The feedback is tremendous. Both the owner and cue technician noticed the cue and came over to inquire about it.

Every conversation with Doug Patrick has been a pleasure. He is very cordial and communicative. He even took the time to tell me the very interesting the story behind the origin of the cue, and offered an extra piece of Quilted Bubinga if I wanted to have some JPs made. I will post a review after playing some more with the cue.

Thanks again,

Michael

Nice cue, good luck with your new weapon. I always admire Mr. Patrick's style but opportunity never presents itself when I have extra cash. Oh well.
